Scope of this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies when you visit or use tillampa.com, the contact and demo forms, the support chat assistant, and any hosted demos offered on the site. It is part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service; how we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Tillampa LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
This Policy governs the website. Use of our products — including MuniStack, the Tillampa widgets, and any custom builds — is governed by the separate signed agreements that apply to those products (such as a master services agreement, order form, and data processing terms), not by this Policy.
Prohibited content and conduct
When using the site, the forms, or the support chat, you must not submit, transmit, request, or engage in any of the following:
- Unlawful activity. Anything that violates applicable U.S. federal law or the laws of the State of Texas, or that facilitates illegal conduct.
- Infringing material.Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property or proprietary rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Harassment, threats, or abuse. Threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content directed at us, our team, or anyone else, and any content that targets or incites harm against individuals or protected groups.
- Deception and impersonation. Pretending to be another person, organization, or government entity; falsifying your identity or affiliation; or otherwise misleading us about who you are or who you represent.
- Malware and harmful code. Uploading, linking to, or transmitting viruses, worms, ransomware, or any other malicious code, and any payload designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized control of systems or data.
- Spam and unsolicited promotion. Using the forms or chat to send bulk, repetitive, or unsolicited commercial messages.
Security and system integrity
We work hard to keep the site secure and available, and we ask you not to undermine that work. You must not:
- Probe, scan, or attack the site, its APIs, or its underlying infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
- Evade rate limits or other safeguards. Do not bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting, honeypot fields, access controls, or similar protective measures.
- Scrape or harvest at scale. Light, polite crawling for legitimate search indexing is fine. Mass scraping of pages, mockups, or the chat API, and automated or bulk access beyond what
robots.txtpermits, is not. - Disrupt normal operation. Do not interfere with the site or other users, including through denial-of-service attempts, flooding, or excessive automated requests.
- Reverse engineer. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the site or its features, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
AI and support-assistant misuse
Our support chat is powered by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic's Claude). It is there to help with questions about Tillampa and our products. You must not misuse it, including by attempting to:
- Jailbreak or manipulate the assistant — for example, using prompt injection or similar techniques to bypass its safety guidelines or operating instructions.
- Extract harmful content such as instructions for weapons, malware, or other dangerous, illegal, or abusive material.
- Train competing models. Do not use the assistant or its outputs to develop, train, or improve a competing AI model or service, or to scrape outputs in bulk for that purpose.
- Generate disinformation. Do not use the assistant to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content — including deceptive political or government-related content, impersonation of officials or agencies, or material designed to manipulate elections or public processes.
Honesty in forms and submissions
When you use the contact or demo forms, give accurate information. Do not submit false, impersonated, or misleading details about your name, email, organization, or role, and do not use the forms to test our defenses or to flood us with junk submissions. We rely on what you tell us to respond appropriately.
Export controls and sanctions
You must comply with all applicable U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws and regulations. You may not access or use the site if you are subject to U.S. sanctions, are located in a comprehensively embargoed region, or appear on a U.S. government restricted-party or denied-persons list, and you may not use the site to facilitate any transaction that such laws prohibit.
Enforcement and consequences
We may take any action we consider appropriate to enforce this Policy and to protect the site, our team, and other visitors. Without limiting our other rights, we may:
- Block or restrict IP addresses, networks, or devices.
- Rate-limit, throttle, or temporarily suspend access.
- Terminate active chat sessions or decline to respond to submissions.
- Remove or refuse content that violates this Policy.
- Report conduct to law enforcement and pursue legal remedies where warranted.
We may take these steps with or without notice. Nothing in this Policy requires us to monitor the site, and our decision not to act in a particular case does not waive our right to act later.
Reporting abuse
If you see someone abusing the site, or you believe the support assistant has produced unsafe or harmful output, please email abuse@tillampa.com with a short description and any relevant screenshots or details. The more specific you are, the faster we can look into it.
Security disclosures
If you discover a security issue on the site, please report it privately to security@tillampa.com before any public disclosure, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it. Please do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours, and do not run intrusive or automated testing against the site. We aim to acknowledge reports within about three business days and to address high-severity issues promptly. We appreciate responsible disclosure; we do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty program.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy. Questions about this Policy can be sent to legal@tillampa.com.
