Our commitment
At Tillampa LLC(“Tillampa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we believe that digital tools should work for everyone. We are committed to making tillampa.comaccessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or the technology used to access it. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and maintain this site, not a box to check once and forget.
This statement applies to the Tillampa marketing and informational website. It does not, by itself, govern our products — such as MuniStack, the Tillampa resident and staff chatbots, the AI document scanner, Corp OS, or custom builds — which are delivered under separate agreements. Where a product includes its own interface, accessibility for that product is handled through the applicable engagement.
Target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target, not a guarantee. Accessibility conformance is an ongoing process: the site changes over time, browsers and assistive technologies vary, and some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion. We do not claim full or certified conformance, and we work to close gaps as we identify them.
Measures we have taken
We have carried out an accessibility review of the site and have built in a number of practices intended to support assistive technology and a range of input methods. In general, these include:
- Semantic HTML — using meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and elements so the page structure is clear to screen readers and other assistive technology.
- Keyboard navigation — interactive elements are designed to be operable without a mouse, so you can move through the site using a keyboard.
- Visible focus indicators — so you can see which element currently has keyboard focus as you move through a page.
- A skip-to-content link — provided near the top of pages so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass repeated navigation and jump straight to the main content.
- Color and contrast — we target sufficient color-contrast ratios for text and interface elements, and we avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning.
- ARIA labels and attributes — used where they add clarity for assistive technology, such as labeling controls and icons that would otherwise lack an accessible name.
- Reduced-motion support — animations ease off when your operating system or browser signals a preference for reduced motion.
We review accessibility as part of ordinary development rather than as a single one-time audit, so improvements generally ship alongside the rest of the site.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of areas where work is ongoing, and we want to be honest about the limits:
- Third-party and embedded content. The site may include or link to services, media, or resources that we do not build or control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content operated by others, and its conformance may vary.
- Ongoing remediation. As we add and update pages, new issues can be introduced. Some content may temporarily fall short of our target while we identify and fix it.
- Assistive technology variation. Different browsers, devices, and assistive technologies can behave differently, and we may not have tested every possible combination.
If you run into a barrier that is not listed here, we would genuinely like to know — see below.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, or you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Email hello@tillampa.com and tell us:
- the page or feature where you ran into the problem (a web address helps);
- a short description of the barrier and what you were trying to do; and
- the browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know it.
Where content is not accessible to you, we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through a reasonable accessible alternative — for example, by supplying the same information in a different format or by another means of communication. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within a few business days.
You may also reach us by mail at Tillampa LLC, 116 Maple St, Denton, TX 76201, USA. How we handle the personal information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy.
ADA and Section 508 context
We provide this statement in the spirit of U.S. accessibility expectations, including the principles reflected in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, for materials used in connection with federal programs, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard commonly referenced when evaluating web accessibility under these frameworks, and it is the benchmark we work toward.
This statement is informational and is not a representation of legal compliance, certification, or a warranty of any kind. It does not create rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law. Because Tillampa serves business and government audiences, we recognize that some visitors have their own accessibility obligations, and we are glad to discuss how the site and our products can support them.
Feedback is welcome
Accessibility is a continuing commitment, and feedback from the people who use this site is one of the most valuable ways we improve. If you have suggestions, notice something that could work better, or want to tell us about a positive experience, we welcome it at hello@tillampa.com. Thank you for helping us make Tillampa more accessible for everyone.
